Thursday Oct 11. Rise 3:30 A.M. The rearguard party finish loading a waggon + hang around. The boys left the chateau to entrain for Thermes at 7:30 AM. but were held at Houdain siding until 11:30 AM. The four of us left at the Chateau clean up. collect our rations + go into the chateau to clean up the kitchen + the officers qrs.
